What sizes are the prints?
Art Prints are all A4 210mm x 297mm.
A3 is available by request.
What sizes are the greeting cards?
Most are A5, 148mm x 210mm, some are 5 x 7" and there are also A6 options. All our greeting cards, announcement cards and notecards come with a luxury quality envelopes as standard.
How is my order posted?
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail.
There are options to send Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class and Special Delivery by 1pm (only available Monday to Friday) please select at check out.
Shipping is free for all individual cards up to 60 grams.
We aim to send all orders within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail deliver within 2-5 working days within the UK.
During the pandemic some post will take a little longer than normal to arrive, please be patient.
What if there is an issue with my print?
Firstly, apologies.
All prints are made to order, so we can only except returns and refunds if the print arrives damaged.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, once we’ve received the returned print we can then process the refund for you.
